Tess Tarchak-Hiss, Editor in Chief, Lead Page Designer, Podcast Manager
Tess is a senior in her fourth year of newspaper and is currently co-editor-in-chief in coordination with the fabulous Aubrey Lawless. She initially joined the newspaper to become less introverted, but now she can never shut up. Outside of school, Tess enjoys writing sketches, doing improv, going on the stairmaster, and killing her hair by dyeing it ginger.
Molly Jasman, Podcast Team, Page Designer, Reporter
Molly Jasman is a senior and this is her second year in the newspaper. She joined the class because she likes to write stories and get to interview people and hear their sides of the story. She also likes to interact with people and get to talk and get to be a part of her school community more. One role she has is on the social media team making tiktoks or instagram posts, and just making up ideas for the week. But she also does interviews on stories that she is covering. One fun fact about her is that she loves to talk to people and hearing their views on things, she also loves being outside with friends and family.
Lillyan Flora, Graphic Designer, Podcast Team, Reporter
Lillyan is a Freshman in her first year of newspaper and currently is a reporter, most likely a page designer, and works on podcasts. She joined the staff because newspaper seemed eagerly close to Digital Media classes, which is what she loves most. Outside of school, you can find her anxiously doom-scrolling on Tiktok, constantly putting off when she should edit her nerdy videos. She decides to put it off for another month. She has a unique passion for social media, algorithms, and making crazy videography projects that convince her she’d be GREAT in theater, just… backstage.
Elijah Wynn, Editor, Podcast Assistant, Page Designer, Reporter
Elijah is a junior in his first year of newspaper. He joined the staff in order to have a structured creative outlet and write more succinctly. He works as a reporter, editor, or whatever else is asked of him. In his spare time, he can be found playing guitar, designing things, and lamenting his ramshackle staff bio.
